About Jennifer Kind-Rubin
I am a licensed and board certified Psychotherapist currently practicing in both New York City and Brooklyn. Through a combination of verbal psychotherapy, creative arts therapy, EMDR, and mindfulness I cater my therapeutic approach to each individual's unique needs. I believe that we all have a natural resiliency, but sometimes need external support in order to feel empowered. Through creating a safe space, I provide this support, helping client’s discover their inner voice as they explore issues both past and present. I have experience working with a diverse clientele spanning across all ages, from children to adults, assisting with concerns such as depression, trauma, anxiety, and relationships. Through the context of a secure therapeutic relationship, I incorporate innovative approaches and outside-the-box thinking to help my clients navigate all aspects of their lives.
